Gas line hit causes leak and odor in street intersection

It is hissing and there is a odor at 1514. That got hit. What are your wishes for Line's shelter in place for evacuation? I have a lot of place to leave from there, but they can go down towards the courthouse if they can exit that direction, otherwise a shelter in place might be easier for now. 130.
