Juveniles accused of throwing rocks at child; possible bike theft

As discussed during the dispatch call, report of two male juveniles who allegedly threw rocks and struck a child in the eye; they may have also stolen a bicycle from a nearby park. Incident reported near Benedict St and Walnut St (exact location between area and park unclear).
