Suspicious vehicle follows driver in Chestertown

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman in Chestertown reported that a black Tesla with New Jersey plates approached her and tried to give her something. When she refused, the vehicle followed her to another location and then to a nearby store. The incident was reported to authorities.
