The answer is fine to Westbound 40. The only thing I'm seeing on the Modoc camera is that 40 in Spirit of St. Louis. Police are on scene with a tractor trailer and an SUV. However, it does not match the vehicle description of a white Lexus that county was giving this. Okay, that's clear.
