Stolen license plate on red SUV reported in area

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers monitored a possible stolen license plate reported in Chattanooga, associated with a red Buick SUV seen near Brainerd Road and North Germantown Road and later near Bailey and South Holtzclaw. A caller near Fagan Street also reported the red SUV displaying the same plate. In a separate call, a resident reported two apparent teens in hoodies looking through a window near an apartment complex off East Nineteenth and East Twenty-first streets.
