She told a call-taker her ex-boyfriend choked her and stole her orange Ford Escape that apparently has wrong tags on it that are actually for a Honda. She said she got away and called us on a 911 only burner phone, so we're unable to call her back. Her phone was pinging near an intersection in Nelson. All she could tell the call-taker was she was near a stop sign. So we advised them to check Rockfish River at Salem Road where the cell phone was pinging there.
