There are pretty callers, advising they received a phone call from two females that were playing South Carolina at this location. They noticed a male that was dressed in all black blowing a whistle at them and following them. The male was last thing going into the women's bathroom. The victims have left seen at this time. Advising that this just occurred two minutes ago. Again, it was an unenraised male wearing all black. They described his output as a monk type output.
