Child reported having seizure and breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were sent near King Ave in Charlotte for a reported medical emergency involving a young child having seizures; the caller initially reported the child was not breathing. Later radio updates indicated the child was crying and being given oxygen.
