Shoplifting reported at Dollar General store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible shoplifting incident at a Dollar General near Virginia Street West in Charleston. A person wearing a burgundy shirt and black pants reportedly stole unknown items and left toward nearby railroad tracks.
