Person reported fallen through storm drain in Charleston

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Charleston are conducting a water search near Westmoreland Bridge after reports that a person may have fallen through a storm drain from the bridge into the water near a nearby marina. Units are searching the area under and around the bridge by boat.
