They thought it might have been seizures, does not appear to be seizure-like. The patient does have a history of a serial hematoma, was picking off his temper about five days ago. But patient maintains his in a way and just does not seem to be seizure like at all. Kind of as follows, GCS of about 12, 13. Patient does have three weight. People are delayed disabilities. Patient does have a history of very late stage dementia, A&O times zero, which is patient's baseline. 77 on the heart rate, normal sinus, 134 over 68 on the blood pressure, respiratory rate, sitting around 20, right in go, not have on the SPO2, on the air with the blood sugar of 104.
