As discussed during the dispatch call, law enforcement in Dover requested a broadcast for observation for a bluish Chevy pickup with firefighter plates towing a utility trailer. The vehicle was reportedly seen on Route 15 in Charleston, where occupants appeared to throw trash and filing cabinets from the trailer.
