Person confused and immobile after fall at campground

As discussed during the dispatch call, responders are handling a possible medical emergency at a campground near Bald Mountain Road involving an adult who reportedly fell, is conscious but confused, cannot move, and has bleeding from the mouth after drinking alcohol. EMTs are already on scene and other units are responding to assist.
