Tenant using slurs in dispute at Eastwood Boulevard

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers are dispatched to a possible hate-related disturbance at a residence near Eastwood Boulevard and J Road, where a tenant is reportedly shouting racial slurs at a complainant waiting in a vehicle in the driveway. There are reportedly three to four people inside a room, and it is unknown if anyone has weapons.
