Trespasser reported behind Rainbow Thrift Store

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a possible trespasser behind a thrift store in Center, Colorado. A witness reported the individual had startled someone before jumping a fence and leaving the area. The person was last seen wearing jeans and a black hoodie. The incident was captured on video.
