Woman at home seeing visions and hyperventilating

As discussed during the dispatch call, a caretaker reported a woman near Southeast Birdie Circle who was seeing people who were not there and appeared to be in a possible mental health crisis. An officer in the area went to speak with her, and an ambulance was requested when she began hyperventilating.
