Man found unconscious and not breathing at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units were dispatched for a reported cardiac arrest involving an unconscious, not-breathing adult male at a home on White Oak Drive near Cedar Drive in Jefferson County. The reporting party indicated the patient may already be beyond help and that CPR was not underway.
