Elderly woman with breathing difficulty

As discussed during the dispatch call, first responders were dispatched to the West Union Avenue area in Cedar Grove for an elderly woman reported to be conscious but having difficulty breathing, with a history of asthma. The caller indicated she was in a bedroom.
