Woman found unconscious but breathing in front yard

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews in Cedar City were dispatched to an apparent medical emergency near 1000 West and 400 North, where a woman was reported unconscious but breathing in a front yard and later began to regain consciousness while remaining confused.
