Suspicious red car parked at vacant Cedar Bluff home

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious red car, possibly a Charger, that had been driving up and down the roadway and was then parked at a vacant residence a few houses away near River Point in Cedar Bluff, Alabama. The caller did not wish to speak directly with responding deputies.
