Suspicious man hiding along Bear Creek Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a suspicious man in a red shirt walking near the (number withheld) block of Bear Creek Road toward Friendship Road. The man reportedly ducked down and appeared to try to hide when the reporting party drove by.
