Two vehicles stopped on shoulder near Fifth Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a traffic incident on northbound Fifth Street in Cathedral City where two vehicles had stopped on the right shoulder. The number four lane was blocked while the other lanes remained open.
