Reckless driver braking at cars on I-65 northbound

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch reported a white or silver passenger car possibly a Nissan driving erratically on the northbound lanes of I-65 near the 75th and 76th mile markers close to Castleberry, Alabama. The vehicle was reportedly swerving and braking at other cars.
