As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of a white 2017 Jeep driving recklessly near Ninth and Gurley in Casper, allegedly cutting off other drivers, nearly hitting vehicles, and speeding. A unit was assigned to locate the vehicle in the area around Morrell and Lakeland Health.
