Eviction dispute with person refusing to leave

As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a residence near AR-226 for a report of a person refusing to leave during an eviction situation. The caller said a mother and daughter live with him and he wanted them, and the daughter’s boyfriend, to leave. The boyfriend had been aggressive in the past; an update advised he was on scene but not being aggressive.
