Person non-coherent and breathing after possible seizure

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported near West Clark Street in Carthage. An officer on scene found a patient who was non-coherent but breathing, possibly after a seizure. Medical staff were en route, and both the patient and officer were by the creek behind the residence.
