Woman with breathing difficulty and cyanosis in Carson

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders from Carson Rescue were dispatched to a residence on North Central Street in Carson to assist an adult woman who was having difficulty breathing. Oakland Rescue was initially called but later canceled after Carson units took over the scene.
