Elderly woman falls outside apartment, bleeding mouth

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical emergency was reported near Jefferson Park Apartments where an elderly female fell outside and is bleeding from the mouth with possible broken teeth. The patient is conscious and alert and fell from standing on the east side of the front door.
