Report of intoxicated people by parked pickup

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a red pickup truck that had been parked for several hours near the front doors of a Walmart parking lot in Carlyle, with apparently intoxicated people around the vehicle. Store employees requested that the group be moved along, and an officer later reported being out with the truck in the lot.
