Traffic stop for vehicle with headlight issue

As discussed during the dispatch call, a deputy conducted a traffic stop near the Riverwalk Recreation Center in Carlsbad for a vehicle with a headlight issue. Records were checked on a Louisiana plate or license number. The driver reportedly had bulbs and was going to try to fix the headlight, and the deputy cleared from the stop.
