Person non-verbal and pointing at chest near River Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, aLS 3 and other units responded to a possible medical emergency near River Road in Carlisle, where a patient was reported to be nonverbal, off their usual baseline, and pointing at their chest while denying pain.
