Vehicle transporting injured grandmother with emergency flashers

As discussed during the dispatch call, a vehicle was stopped near West Park Street and South Greenlaw Avenue while reportedly transporting an injured woman to the hospital with emergency flashers on. The injured woman appears to have a serious arm injury. The vehicle may be entering the interstate headed toward Springhill. Law enforcement is advised to be aware.
