204 Rollins complaint. Okay. I have some coordinates. Approximately the 189 and a half I80 westbound. This happened about 20 minutes ago. Looks like there was an altercation with a male and two other vehicles, a red truck and a black truck. Both vehicles left and the male was lying in the dirt. He just got up in his walking westbound from the rest area in dark-colored long-sleeved shirt. Looks like there may have been alcohol involved. He said he did not see it physical, but he heard them yelling about punching somebody.
