Person found unresponsive in submerged vehicle on South Kings Highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded near a business on South Kings Highway for a vehicle that was largely underwater with occupants inside. One person was reported unresponsive or in poor condition, and rescuers worked to get everyone out of the vehicle.
