Flooded roads with vehicles stuck in high water

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are responding to flooded roads and multiple stalled vehicles near North Sprigg Street, Independence Street, and the area of Kings Highway and Bloomfield in Cape Girardeau. Several vehicles are reported to be in deep water, with multiple people apparently trapped as responders work to move vehicles off the roadway and assist those stranded.
