Faulty HVAC unit causes fire response at Edgewater

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a possible fire at a location near Mule Barn Drive in Cape Fair. The issue was traced to a faulty HVAC unit, the scene was made safe, and one person was transported by Mercy.
