Group bangs on apartment door, leaves in lifted truck

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a disturbance and possible harassment at The Cotton Mill Apartments near Washington St in Cannelton. Several unknown people were allegedly banging on an apartment door. One person was reported to be underage, and the caller believed they were drinking. The group reportedly left before officers arrived in a lifted Ford F-150 with lights on top.
