Outdoor fire with smoke reported on North 7th Street

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews were dispatched to the area near North 7th Street in Cambridge for a reported small fire at a street corner. A male caller reported seeing smoke and hearing crackling but indicated it did not appear to involve a building.
