Reckless silver pickup reported on Highway 36

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatchers received reports of a possible reckless driver in a silver Dodge pickup traveling north on Highway 36 toward Caldwell, reportedly swerving, using the shoulder and opposite lane, and running off the roadway near Somerville. Another vehicle, possibly unmarked, was following the truck as units attempted to locate it near businesses along the highway.
