Elderly man vomiting dark brown blood at apartment

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews were dispatched to Schuyler Village Apartments near Appalachian Street for an apparent medical emergency involving an elderly man who was vomiting dark material. The man is diabetic and was found in the bathroom.
