Traffic stop with warning for speed and equipment

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers conducted a traffic stop near (number withheld) in the Burt area. The vehicle’s registration and driver’s license appeared valid, and a warning was reportedly issued for equipment and speed. There was also a separate note about a dog belonging at a residence on East Poplar, which appeared to be in its own yard.
