Man has respiratory distress and seizures at grocery store

As discussed during the dispatch call, maple Fire Department and EMS responded to a medical emergency at a grocery store along US-27 involving a 24-year-old man with respiratory difficulty, a seizure history, and post-traumatic stress. The patient was going in and out of consciousness and later was reported to be breathing with a pulse but unresponsive, and law enforcement was also requested to assist.
