We checked in the (number withheld) block of Valley Street near Frank Miller Company.

Had a report of a white male wearing a (description withheld), gray shorts, and (description withheld) walking around saying he took some bad meth.

He was on the Front Street side of the building, headed to the area of the riverfront.
