Propane tank venting at Brownville garage

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews in Brownville were dispatched to a possible propane tank leak at a location near North Street after a caller reported a propane cylinder venting in or near a garage. Responding units arrived, established command, and confirmed a propane cylinder was off-gassing while continuing their response operations.
