Erratic box truck reported on Highway 101 in Brinnon

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to reports of an apparent erratic white box truck driving south on Highway 101 near milepost 303 to 305, reportedly with the driver on a cell phone and nearly causing a collision. Units followed the vehicle in the area near a campground and state park.
