As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to the area of Foothill Road and Union Avenue for a report of a reckless driver in a white Toyota Highlander that reportedly could not stay in its lane and nearly ran another vehicle off the road. The reporting party is expected to go to police headquarters to sign a complaint.
