Bag of insulation creates hazard on I-91 north

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a possible bag of insulation in a travel lane on Interstate 91 north near Exit 3 in Brattleboro. A responding unit later confirmed that local police moved the bag into the median, clearing the apparent hazard.
