Stroke survivor with confusion and slurred speech

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews responded to a medical call near North Wilson Street for a 52-year-old woman, a stroke survivor, who was reportedly confused and slurring her speech. Medic 3 and other units were dispatched and arrived on scene at a specified lot.
