Woman with high blood pressure refuses ambulance transport

As discussed during the dispatch call, a woman around 46 years old was reported conscious and alert near Bluebird Drive, Box Elder. She has high blood pressure and appears to have consumed alcohol. She refused transport by private vehicle and an ambulance was called.
