Suspicious dumping of oil into drain on bypass

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of a suspicious incident near the U.S. 31 W Bypass in Bowling Green involving cattle on or near the roadway and a black truck. Two men in the truck reportedly poured oil into a drain near a former church location before leaving the area.
